💰 Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Luxe & Coze. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at luxeandcoze@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your item was marked as a gift, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Used or worn pet apparel or accessories

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable pet treats (if sold)


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.


❗ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxeandcoze@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
