We currently ship to all regions within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive in:

• Express Shipping (if selected): 1–2 business days

Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on your location and external factors (e.g., weather, postal delays).

💰 Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Luxe & Coze. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at luxeandcoze@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your item was marked as a gift, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

📦 Return Shipping
